ok..its actually about one of my subject that i've learn in my 2nd sem...
so lets start with the basic ok??
Food is any substance, usually comprised primarily of carbohydrates, fats, and/or proteins, that can be consumed by animals (including humans) for nutrition or pleasure.
FOOD SCIENCE-->chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, nutrition and engineering in objective of producing safe, nutritious and high quality food products.
NUTRITION-->The science of food, the nutrients and the substances therein, their action, interaction, and balance in relation to health and disease, and the process by which the organism ingests, absorbs, transport, utilizes and excretes food substances
